Budget execution
The functional independence of a parliament must guarantee its autonomy in relation to regulations, finance, organisation and administration. Therefore, it has its own budget. This budget is debated at the same session as the national general budget. The Sindicatura is responsible for its execution and the Accounts Court for supervision.
Attached bodies
The General Council’s budget includes one for attached bodies, the Ombudsman, the Andorran Data Protection Agency, the Electoral Board and the Accounts Court, which are, however, financially independent.
